Healing Paths, PLLC

We are passionate about supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship struggles, trauma, and grief. These challenges can leave people feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck—but healing is possible with the right support and guidance.
Just like neurons in the brain form new connections, our minds have the ability to reshape old patterns and forge healthier, more life-giving paths. Sometimes we need help allowing the less helpful pathways to fade—like grass growing over an unused trail—while gently exploring and strengthening new ones that lead toward growth, balance, and emotional well-being. Therapy is a place where these new paths can begin to take root.

Anxiety

Anxiety can feel like constant worry, restlessness, or a sense that something bad might happen—even when everything seems fine. It often shows up in your thoughts, body, and emotions, making it hard to feel calm or connected. Through therapy, we work together to understand these patterns and gently build new, healthier pathways toward peace and confidence.

Depression

Depression can feel like heaviness, disconnection, or emptiness, making even small tasks feel overwhelming. You might feel alone in your struggle, but there is a way forward. Therapy provides a safe, supportive space to reconnect with hope, meaning, and the parts of yourself that have been quiet for too long.

Trauma

Trauma isn’t just about what happened—it’s also about how it lives in the body and mind long after the event. It can shape your beliefs, emotions, and relationships, often without you realizing it. We help you gently untangle these old networks and create space for healing, resilience, and new growth.

Values

Healing Paths PLLC believes that true healing begins with a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. We’re committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and valued as they navigate personal growth and meaningful change.

Starting therapy takes courage, and Liz approaches each session with deep respect for that vulnerability—helping clients feel at ease and encouraging them to show up as their full, authentic selves.

Because no two people are alike, our trauma-informed care draws from a variety of evidence-based approaches—including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy (DNMS), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)—to support each client’s unique path toward healing and wholeness.
